Marxists, Marketing and SloganeeringThis is a featured page

The Irish and British not Celtic - yes, it's authentic.

I read the study of that scientific survey based on DNA, throughout Ireland and Britain.

And I thoroughly agree with the findings.

Today's Druid Orders (not our ODI) have rituals with no foundations, and depend on sloganeering and buzz words. Archdruid McGrath says that sloganeering is typical anarchist activity, with use of buzz words like Celtic, Marxism and marketing have much in common. Selling something useless, vastly overpriced.

I feel that it is an insult to my intelligence when someone offers me a slogan, as slogans are offered to people as an alternative to Thinking.

Many people are far to well educated to be taken in by sloganeering, Marxism or marketing, I think this is a great step forward in human evolution.

Sorry about all those "Celtic Druidic" books and courses. They're just so much drivel now on view of the latest scientific discoveries. . All mine are off to the Charity shop.

I look forward to a a credible book, though, on non-Celtic Druidry by Michael McGrath.

Yes, Con Connor calls absolutely everything on his website "Celtic" in order to sell his simple wares. And, Yes, I see him refer to "Celtic Irish" too. I winceris it different than the Irish Language that the rest of us mere mortals speak ? O was born at Newgrange and lived in the Meath Gaeltacht, I was the second Archdruidess of the ODI after co=Founder Sandy Leigh.

You'll find me at The Market at Canden Lock, London any Sayurday as I spread the Druid Message to the Irish in London. Eileen.

(You are not going to make me non-existent like you did to all the others, Connors - have personally known 200 members of the ODI since 1994).
